Insurances
Insurance Patients: Family Care Dental Group has arranged to accept most major dental insurances. We understand the value of insurance and we will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefit. We will gladly process your insurance claim and we will estimate the portion that is not covered by your insurance. Our estimates are based upon the information that you have provided us on what your company benefits intitle you, therefore we cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover. Any claim balance not paid by your insurance within 60 days due to the insurance company delay or because of needed form have not been provided at the time of treatment, will be patient’s responsibility.
Non-Insurance Patients: Payment is due at time of treatment and may be paid by any of the listed payment options.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks, along with our competitive prices and promotional offers. For our patients’ convenience we have arranged a payment plan and flexible financing through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
- Cash: This includes money orders and personal checks.
- Credit Cards: Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Third Party Financing: A separate line of credit to cover your entire family’s dental treatment. It does not affect your current spending limits and balances of your other cards. There is no annual fee, no pre-payment penalty, and no interest if paid by the due date. Monthly payments need only be 3% of the total balance. Our Financial Affairs Counselor can fill in all the details for you.
