As a way to say thank you, we will automatically enroll you in our Patient Referral Reward Program.

What is the Patient Referral Reward Program?

Casual conversations with people you know can have a huge impact on their decision regarding who they entrust with their family’s or friend’s oral health care. You can be sure they will receive the same quality care you’ve received at our office! Your first hand experience and recommendation will have a direct impact on someone else’s decision regarding those same services, and our ability to provide them.

Simply give your friend or family member the referral card, or have them mention the referral code “PRP25,” and after their appointment is completed, we will credit your account and your friend’s account $25! It’s that simple!

The Patient Referral Reward Program is available to existing patients only. (Existing patients are those who have been seen in our practice within the last 36 months). This promotion may not be combined with any other offer, or applied to prior visits. Rewards have no monetary value. Must be 18 years or older to qualify. This program is subject to change and can be discontinued at any time.
